Cauliflowers
Like all exponents of the Cruciferous family, it has exceptional virtues.
Light cooking
The best way to consume cauliflowers is to eat them raw, lightly steamed, or even in very little water.
Doing so allows you to preserve the substances contained in them and limit the dissolution of the most beneficial components for health!
Preserving the colors
So that the cabbage does not lose its beautiful colors, pour lemon juice or a little vinegar into the
cooking water.
