Clementines
A bundle of Vitamin C in small cloves.
Sweeter and tastier
Clementines are sweeter and tastier than tangerines.
Moreover, the Clementine tree is taller than the mandarin, while the scent is less intense.
The Clementine fruit is round, seedless, and with a lot of juice and pulp and intense orange color.
Did you know I’m a berry?
These fruits are Hesperides, that is berries that have developed an endocarp, and the mesocarp has taken on a spongy appearance.
Their shape is mainly spherical, slightly flattened, or globular.
Clementines have opaque, soft, and thin orange skin that can be easily peeled off.
The pulp and the juice have an intense orange color.
