Sweet and salty
Kiwis are suitable for all kinds of recipes, particularly for the sweet-savory combination.
They go well with cheese, smoked salmon, and nuts; when combined with lemon, they create excellent
sweet and sour sauces for chicken and fish. Kiwis are perfect for salads with radishes and avocados.
Cardiovascular protection
Eating 2 or 3 kiwis a day seems to contribute significantly to the well-being of the cardiovascular system, in particular by reducing the aggregation of platelets and the level of triglycerides in the blood.

Our kiwis come from Campania and Veneto.
